ABOUT
The world is changing and morphing at such a rapid pace right in front of our eyes that it is hard to keep up with what’s going on. We remember previous prophetic words about an acceleration of the advance of the Kingdom, which releases a sense of hope and purpose in the midst of so much uncertainty and turmoil.
We are inviting all Church members and leaders from our Foundation Ministries International family of churches to join us this September for exuberant times of celebratory worship and rich fellowship over deliciously catered meals. Everyone is welcome at the table!
Our Spring Conference 2024 will be an important opportunity to gather together as the family of Foundation Ministries International, to encourage each other for our own journeys. You can expect to experience extended times of worship, prophetic ministry, fresh insights from the Word, and powerful impartation.
A highlight of this year’s event will be the induction of Coenraad Dormehl (South Africa) and Joseph Owaga (Kenya) onto the Apostolic Team of Foundation Ministries International.
An additional feature will be our breakout sessions in the afternoons
where we cover practical topics including:
-
Blueprint for a Successful Sunday Meeting
-
Administration & Compliance
-
Doing Art in Church
-
Children’s Ministry
-
Incorporating Technology into Worship
-
Youth Ministry
We are taking advantage of the school holidays to present a Children’s Conference
for ages 2 - 13 years, which will run alongside the main event. This specially crafted
program will include tailored worship sessions, Spirit-led ministry encounters,
age appropriate teaching inputs, plus a range of fun activities and entertainment.
The teenagers can either sign-up to attend the main conference as adults,
or volunteer to serve at the Children’s Conference.
Come and hear what the Spirit is saying to the Churches in this hour.

Breakouts 2025
The Holy Spirit blows where He wills and we want to follow His leading, but we must have the sail prepared in order to be carried along by the wind. Our gatherings need to have strategic structure in place in order that we might facilitate the essential components of our corporate expressions. John will be sharing our journey over the last few years where we have been working diligently to fine tune the various elements in order to maximize the impact our meetings.
The laws governing the Non Profit Organization space require Churches to be compliant to a number of regulations which ensure accountability and good governance. Darryl will guide you through some of the areas which are crucial for the Church to remain in good standing with the authorities - annual submissions, Tax submissions, accounting practices, accountability to the congregation, safeguards for the leadership, holding an AGM, budgeting, organising the practical side of ministry efficiently, etc.
The Lord has been awakening the Body of Christ to the awareness of prophetic art as an authentic expression in corporate worship. We have been making room for this in our gatherings since 2008, and Lisa has been conducting workshops around the country activating Church members to step into this flow of creativity, worship and the prophetic. This session is aimed at helping leaders establish this ministry expression in their Church community.
One of the fastest ways to grow your Church is to place proper focus on Kids Ministry. The greatest percentage of converts in our population is in the school going age group. Come and learn about the various options for suitable curriculum that are available, how to cluster appropriate ages ranges into classes, how to recruit and train volunteers, and so much more.
Youth ministry is a challenging environment for many churches. In our fast changing world, approaches that worked previously are no longer effective in reaching this generation. In this breakout session, Moses will discuss practical methods and best approaches to discipling your teenagers.
Worship expression continues to evolve - from hymns accompanied by an organ, to choruses played on acoustic guitars, to sound systems with click, pads, effects and backing tracks. Grant will demonstrate how you can take your local worship team to the next level through the integration of affordable technology, so that the songs actually sound like what you would enjoy to worship along to.
